Billing/Insurance

Many of our clients use their insurance to help pay for their sessions. I am currently in-network with most Aetna, Cigna, Horizon BCBS, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare and MedicareĀ plans. I offer self-pay as well. Sliding scale rates for underinsured clients seeking treatment, can also beĀ  arranged.

I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so I can place all of my focus on our work together. Within a day or two from our session, you will receive an invoice from Headway.

If you have a copay or deductible, per your insurance plan, the card on file will be charged automatically. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the coverage and benefits of your insurance plan. As per AMP’s financial policy, all pre-set copays and flat fees for our services will be charged to your card shortly following each visit. Coinsurance amounts and deductibles will vary and will therefore be charged to your card after your insurance processes the claim and determines your exact responsibility.
